Absolutely love the looks of the Gen 2 GTS. But have grown to love the SRT-C, especially the ACR. It's sex on wheels in my opinion!- Affatica

Cash vs Finance
Who really cares what anyone else thinks! I financed mine and had it paid off in less than 4 years and I am damn proud to own it. As long as the seller gets paid, shouldn't make any difference to them. Everybody's situation is different, so go w/ what works for you and best of luck.- Affatica

Helmets
Based on an article I read in SCCA mag, they all have to pass the safety tests to get a snell rating. A lot of what you are paying for is features. More expensive helmets may come w/ better padding, better materials like CF, but Snell doesn't issue levels of safety ratings. It either passes...- Affatica

tire rotation
I do the same. The wear becomes visibly evident as to which tires pull more duty after a few track days. In my opinion, it's just good common sense. :2tu:- Affatica

If you don't have directional tires, you can swap side to side. Other than that, I don't believe the rears would fit on the front.- Affatica

Helmet Recommendation?
Also, even if you get an open face helmet, in most cases you are required to wear shatter proof eye protection. For that reason, you might as well get the full face.- Affatica

Helmet Recommendation?
Many of the racing orgs are beginning to mandate hans devices now. NASA just started enforcing it as well for this year. I was thinking about getting a G-Force helmet, but I am really liking the Simpson Bandit. Which isn't bad for under $400. Simpson Bandit Helmet - SafeRacer- Affatica

A/S Run-Flats on an '08?
I live near Denver and drive mine w/ PS2's in below freezing temps and have had no problems. But I also am not mashing on the gas and taking turns at high speeds in those conditions either. I think it is all in how you drive it.- Affatica
