Motor Trend says 2013 will have the 6.4 V8
I don't entirely discount the possibility of a V8 being offered for the Viper in the future. A V8 Viper could be produced with high HP numbers wile offering a more cost efficient package. Don't believe it? Have a look at the Ferrari line up or look no farther than the success of the ZR1...- jdavis

Hoodliner done!
The Viper is done very well. What could be more appropriate for a Mamba than a Mamba? It is one of the most wicked looking snakes on the planet. Great job! The "Jake" on the Corvette is well done also, but, skulls and such don't do a great deal for me. Overall, it's a job well done.- jdavis

Painted bulkhead on a SRT-10

Chrysler states I do not own my car!!
If he turns in the car without compensation he is out his investment in the car. On top of that, the original owner is off the hook for his debt to CFC. I don't see this as a viable option for the OP. It is a poor state of affairs that will likely have to be sorted out in court.- jdavis

Whats it worth
Any car is worth what someone is willing to pay. There is always some less informed person who will see that nearly new '03 as a good buy. You just have to get the exposure to find them. The '06 Viper purchased for $50K above was purchased by a Chicago dealer and is back on the bay for $60K...- jdavis

They aren't making many Vettes either....
Remember that those are production totals not sold units. There are still thousands unsold on dealer lots just as there are many Vipers that remain unsold.
