    Never considered the hazards to paint from simple washing. Now i know. I have a two year old paint job with some very minor swirls in the clear coat. Do you recommend a product or process to remove something like like? Can most paint jobs be buffed or polished to your standards?

    Overheating issue - Thermostat or Water Pump?

    I used a 3/16 square long shaft screwdriver to remove vent plug. You have to cut off the end. ***** depot sells them 10 bucks or so. Very quick heat up and then cool down sounds like problem I was chasing. Changed Tstat, added Roe fan kit and turned out to be a slowly dying water pump.

    $92.00 for the clamp and $29.00 for the bushing in Reno. Should have said Pinto A arm. Think I will pump more grease until winter.

    Thanks for the responses. Yes I tried all kinds of borrowed and or rented clamps also and none would fit without damage. Will try and order one from local dealer. Thanks again, 80 views and no answers, I was beginning to worry.

    Hello all, Need to replace ball joint seal boot, lower control arm, and it looks C-4150A tool along with 6983 is required. local Autozone did not have this. Anyone know of a direct replacement or where to go for these?

    The intermittent end of it truly sucked. Finished the power steering pulley and bracket yesterday. Hope to have it all done this afternoon. Power steering pulley very stuborn to get off FYI.
