Does the Roe Ajustable fan control use signals from the coolant temp sensor or it's own sensor with the kit? If it uses the factory sensor it won't work for me. Sounds like a good upgrade regardless though.
Appreciate the replies. I think I can make the fan run constantly to get by which sound like the easiest route. I assume it will consistently run rich since the brain will think the motor is cold?? I may try to drill and use an stud remover bit to get that temp sensor out out. Anyone ever try...
Well, I usually find 99.9% of my answers using search but no luck on this one. Ok, the usual temp gauge pegged on H, so it is time to R&R the coolant temp sensor (3rd one in 6 years over 3 vipers). But, I busted it off flush with the block while removing it. So two questions:
1) Anyone know...

One hour!! That sounds pretty amazing.

These Shelby's do not come from factory with the SC (they could not make federal standards). The SC must be installed after delivery as an 'aftermarket accessory' - usually at an authorized dealer, but anyone who can install a SC can do it. Non SC Shelby's are well under $100k (a couple for...
Neil, those big tips are very close (touching?) the top plastic of the facial. You are might melt/distort the plastic as those pipes get very hot. May want to try to lower the tips a bit.
Just installed a new differential cover to my new pumpkin and noticed there is a hole in the top of the cover. I realize this is for some sort of screw in vent, but was wondering if it would be ok to simply plug it with a bolt (since I do not have the vent screw) so I can proceed with the...
Used VIP once. Big truck so you have to meet them at a mall or other open lot. Intercity, Passport and Exotic Auto transport also good. Used Intercity three times and one advantage is they have fleet of smaller trucks that can pretty much get right to your door. Liftgate loading is a must.....
Re: Pic\'s of EBC Green Brake pads...
Steve, those are not ebc greens (unless they were painted black for you - doubt it). I have posted many times here how horrible the service/treatment of local dealers are here. I would raise hell over being lied to about the brakes.....
Call or email...
Not that it means anything, except for no more Connolly leather in the future - the company is apparently bankrupt and is going out of business... it's too bad; will miss that 'smell'...

I will be getting a new rear (3.55) in less than two weeks (from JonB). You can make an offer on my complete 3.07 rear that I will be removing (4k miles from an '00) as well if desired. It will fit your '98. Just send me an email if interested.
From past experience on my old muscle cars, the brand/quality of gears is also a key to more/less whine along with proper installation. I went with top line gear set from JonB and he is installing them into a new rear for me. There are ring/pinion sets out there for $250, but I would not put...

Webtrader, where's the beef? If you can let us in on that deal you got for the differential then please do. I'll take two and I am certain many others may be interested.
