    I am running Kuhmos on my 05 on our local track which is concrete (old airport). I get 90 miles a day of track time and I am doing good to get 4 or 5 days out of the tires.     Procedure to replace head gaskets on gen1

    I did mine using the service manual. I was surprised at how easy it was to do the job. Took my son and me a full day to do it, working slow and steady! A lot of parts come off, so be organized and when you start reversing the process, you won't have trouble. Jim

    For what its worth - last ticket I got here in Texas, the Judge gave me deferred adjudication (spelling?)and I paid a fine. If I did not get another ticket in HIS town in the next 90 days, it did not go on my record. This was cheaper than an attorney and got it over with pretty quick. Jim

    Gen 1 Head gasket problem is explained at last

    I am two months into owning a 94 with (now)29,000 miles. I can find no indication of this problem and no records on this particular car of any work being done on the head gaskets.     Front end hits- help!

    The car came with the chin guard from fasrack on it. A little protection only in the center- I don't like the look of it, so I took it off. It only delays the inevitable! Jim
