I never noticed my oil pressure being this high. At cold idle=80, warm idle=55 and then any increase in rpm and it pegs to 80. First time i've noticed this and i have 6k miles driving it.
Just a question for the uneducated. Can you take a viper and set a 25-30K buget to lighten it, increase HP, lower it/increase handling characteristics, and bottom line make it now comparable to the "ELITE". All of those cars are 3-5 times the cost of a viper.
I just got my car back after having this put on. It sounds great, the reduction in heat is great, but it seems to be a little slower to respond off the bottom. Is this common?
I just recieved it but haven't installed it yet. I am questioning the "cheasy" little plastic piece that is supposed to keep the cap closed. It is so weak that I'm sure a sharp turn will have it flapping open. Anyone have experience with it?
has anyone used them? I just recieved mine and from the order I thought the trunk would be a fitted carpet, not something that just throws in and isn't contoured. Am I wrong?
Is the shift problem from 1st-2nd a dealer fix or aftermarket?
Is it best to have a dealer viper tech install corsa exhaust or do it yourself?
And lastly for now, how do you fix the lunging(sp) from ~1000-2000rpm?
