1995 RT/10 Fuse Block Diagram

Why is it so hard to find a fuse block diagram. I have a 1995 RT/10 that didn't have a owners manual when I bought it. I would like to get a fuse block diagram. I've searched the internet and the doesn't seem to be any out there. Is this a government secret or something. Looking for which fuse might be cuasing my reverse lockout to quit working.

From my 96' RT (Gen 1 engine) service manual:

Power for the solenoid is supplied on circuit F12 from the 20 amp fuse located in cavity one of the fuse block.

Owner's manuals are easy to find for sale. Any of our vendors should have them or be able to get them.
