I installed one in my 01 Gen 2 (same stereo), but it came with the Premiere Blue Tooth stereo I installed in place of the Alpine. Any decent stereo shop or electronics reapair guy should be able to instal one into your stock stereo if that's what you want.

They don't have a aux in. Really the only way to get audio "into" the factory system is to use a FM modulator of some kind, either wired or wireless. There is another way but it's very complex and involves much more wire cutting and etc. I recommend just replacing the factory deck with a nice aftermarket one with the features you want.
