Advise needed lacking power at full throttle

First off I have a 00' ACR GTS with a paxton supercharger, no mods that I know of to the engine, maybe an offroad exhaust, the paxton has a seperate PCM or whatever you call it, fuel preasure gauge that is going to approx 65psi at full throttle, and apparently 2 additional fuel pumps...sound familliar...OK when it is cold it makes power and goes snakey, after it warms up it seems as though I loose all power I mean up to 3000 rpm it's torquie but no where near what it should be as far as power...HELP I want to roast my old PS Michelins so I can get new PS2's, as well as enjoy the car to full potential...Thanks in advance for any help...

The fuel pressure should be higher in my thoughts and if it is falling off as it gets hot what do you have for coolant in the intercooler and what is it's level? any less than full and you are loosing surface area for cooling the intake charge.
