After market Alarms on your vipers

new insurance and they are asking for cat1 alarm (insurance approved).
Anybody else had this done do you have two remotes or just one and does it still do your central locking...

Lo-Jack does not require a remote. It is a tracking system, which when activated by law enforcement, enables them to track your stolen vehicle.

Thanks Ulysses, sorry for the long delay. I didn't see that you were from the UK. I don't know if lo-jack or a similar system is available out there.

Tracking systems are pretty much a standard requirement by the insurance companies on any performance car over here. For what they are worth, they dont offer much protection as any determined criminal have ways of getting around them
