I'll bet the pic isn't even the car. I'd also bet one would be really disappointed after seeing the Chevy powered Viper in person. If it is a real Viper it might be a good deal at 20K. Yank the Chevy out and put the V10 back in. By that time the car has probably been bastardized so much that you wouldn't feel bad about modifying or tracking the hell out of it.
It is a ****** picture but it looks like side exhaust with no rear exhaust cutouts. Also the wheels look like GM F body or possibly a Corvette. The general look is better than the Gen I kit cars I have seen.
Thats nothing. Check out this Viper VIN 1B3BR65E8RV103030 at http://www.carfax.com (the free service) and you will find a ´94 RT/10 with a 2,0 litres, 16V engine !! This car was offered to me...what a mess !
