At 124 MPH, what times should I run?

For giggles, I decided to start drag racing my GTS. This allows me some sort of track time while I save up for Viper Days next year. Anyway, with old street tires and a very stiff suspension I'm running about 12.7 @ 113, and with the N20 I ran 12.000 (and 12.001) at around 124. Now, I **** at drag racing and am having some major launch issues, so I'm wondering how fast the car is, as opposed to the driver. So, with a 515HP/635 torque car, with a trap of 124 MPH on street tires, what time would a good driver run?

Dude, quit wasting time and buy some drag radials or soft compound tire and you are talking low 11's at 127-130.

Otherwise, I would say you have a solid mid 11 second car on street tires.

I picked up 4 tenths with drag radials alone. My launches don't **** anymore. :D

No get the Kumhos!!!! Cheap and grip, awesome! If you don't still have the 17" rims, get a spare set of rears for when you go to the strip. I've got a couple of rims I could sell ya :D

Technically - 124mph is good for a high ten - but you won't get that in a true street car. I'd agree with mid elevens if you can pull a good 60 footer and swift shifts - but you won't do it on hard compound rubber.
