I finally received my Borla exhaust, which as some of you may know, was a hassle in itself. Buy anyways, it arrived yesterday and I couldn't have been happier. I got right on the install and put it on late last night.
Some observations I had that maybe a few of you could shed some light on.
My pipes did not say Borla anywhere on them. However, they also didn't have the Chrysler logo like the 09 that I took off did. The tips where polished so that was obviously different than the 09. Just want to make sure I got a Borla exhaust.
The inside of the Borla had 4 smaller tubes running the length of the muffler. The 09 exhaust looked like straight pipe inside...
The Borla seems not much louder, if at all than the 09. It does sound a little more throaty though. Does this seem normal? I assumed from all the posts on this site that the Borla was extremely loud. Much louder than it was last night.
Any thoughts?
