I would also like to try that. I wonder if it would be easier just to install a Gen II intake, if it is possible, anybody?

do you want to do this to fix the throttle slippage issue?? i had this issue on my 93 and was fixed with a tsb...very simple a large washer and screw but it works great!!!

I have done the TSB also. (works fine) Just thought it would be nice to have the single cable setup! But i think Roy is right about the ALT. in the way.
