Purchasers are supposed to get a couple of laps around the autocross course tomorrow afternoon.

While I was trying out the SRT, the CC WAS running around the large autocross track. So evidently, there were some drives being given. I had to leave right after my run, but that coupe looked and sounded real bad.
By the way, the SRT drives, shifts, sounds, feels, corners, and accelerates better than my GTS. This is only MHO. Guys leaving after their test drive, who previously said they were not too thrilled by the SRT or wanted to wait a couple years had a sudden change of mind after the drive. A truly impressive car.

Just got back from VOI, everyone I spoke to who drove it, agreed that while the styling might not be as great as our current cars, the SRT offers significant performance enhancements. DC allowed the competition coupe to be driven only by the guys who had bought one. Just watching it run on video during the presentation was enough for me!
