Hi. I was driving the viper the other night, and when i pushed down on the clutch, i heard something click, almost as if something broke. When I drive the car now, it seems that I have to push my foot down further on the clutch for it to catch. What could the problem be, and how much might it cost to fix? Thanks for the help.

Check the clutch linkage under the dash. Sounds like a cotter pin or something came loose. Pain in the a$$, but you'll need to get under it to find out.

Thanks. I will check that. I realized that the car isn't going into the gears as easily now. I almost have to yank it into gear or double clutch. Hopefully the problem isn't serious.

You may need one of these plastic birdcage thingys...

To remove, insert screwdriver and twist. To install, slip over peg and push linkage on.
