Thanks to everyone that pitched in to help me solve the problem with the constant LED-light on the door lock button that was on, and the alarm system not working.
Matter now solved! I had to adjust both the switch under the Hood as well as the one for Rear Hatch. Also the transmitter I got with the car didn´t work, inspite of cleaning and new battery.
However, after getting a new transmitter and re-programming it via grounding the green cable, next to the EEM etc. everything now works.
