Emergency brake relocation

I'm thinking of dropping down to an 18" wheel so I can run Sport Cups. I understand that to do this I must relocate the parking brake. How exactly is this done?

Archer sells a relocation kit for this purpose. It consists of two machined aluminum blocks, along with instructions. I did mine in the garage without too much difficulty.
