Filling water in Paxton SC? How and Where?

Iver looked at several documents on the web, but still a bit confused on where and how to fill the water levels in a Paxton NOVI 2000 SuperCharger?

Also..How do I know when I need to add wather? I did find the mixture needs to be 25% Anti-freeze to 75% water.

It's the visible tank directly behind the air filter housing, with the black cap towards the drivers side.
