Final Edition Viper models

did anyone ever produce models that were specifically Final Edition models? thanks

You mean like 2002 GTS ? The only noticable difference would be red color with dual stone white striped paint scheme Ah yes, a sequentially numbered dash plaque inside, which is just going to be a dot anyway considering it will be shrinked by 18 times

What I really would want is some of the 2006 remakes by Hennessey, like Venom 1000 Twin Turbo Coupe, or maybe even a convertible, that would rock !

i guess i was also thinking of the smooth rims of the last couple years 00-02 as opposed to the ribbed rims on the 96-99.

To my knowledge, to date, NO manufacturer has made any late Gen II's (00-02) in 1:18. Neither GTS nor RT/10. That means no smooth rims, no RT/10's with a Gen II hood. Heck, even the '96' RT/10 paint schemes still have side pipes on the 1:18 scale models (which we all know is incorrect).

It's really a shame. If anyone can prove me wrong, please do so. I'm a buyer right now if they are out there.

Bob's right, no late Gen 2's were ever produced in 1:18. My question is, why????

i wish AUTOART would make some 1:18s of the Gen II... theirs looks awesome.
