Front Fascia Painted and Ready For Install

I've repainted the front fascia on my 95 RT/10 and was looking at the fiberglass front bumper tonight getting ready for the reinstallation of the fascia tomorrow. Is the fiberglass bumper just drilled and tapped for the fasteners that attach the fascia and if so what is the best fix if they are stripped?

not sure if they are same as GEN II. but the GEN II uses the plastic "christmas trees" that just push into the holes and kinda hold things in place. on GEN II the wheel openings and bottom are the only places using bolts. the little plastic things are used for the fiberglass reinforce bumper and push in top and underneath (GEN II for sure)
