I took my G-tech to the dragstrip a few months ago to compare the track time slip to my G-tech. It showed MPH as much as 13 mph over what my drag slip showed, but usually it was about 5mph over what the time slip showed. The times when it showed a bigger difference than the time slip were when I was really spinning my tires at the launch. The G-tech measures your mph at the exact time that you reach the 1/4 mile while the track measured it as an average across the last 60 feet? That would account for the G-tech showing a higher mph.
