So I called The dealer today on this!
After Hours of waiting for a call back so he could check with the "authorities", here's what he said he could put in writing;

They said if it is replaced with genuine Mopar parts by a certified Viper Tech, the warranty stays in effect.

Problem is Mopar parts only offered 3.73 and 4.13 ratio's..
Hope that helps!

sounds like a no to me, So lets say for instance the HID's go out on my viper, are they not going to warranty it because I switched gears without genuine Mopar, I could see a dealership trying to get away with something like that.

I used to work at Mitsubishi and a kid wanted to drop his new Lancer Evo a couple of inches. He was told that anything to do with the alignment, suspension, tire wear, etc would no longer be under warranty but non-related items (like HID's) would still be covered. Its illegal to deny a claim about something totally unrelated to your rearend just b/c you swapped gears
