Grounding wire at cowl?

Anyone have a pic of the grounding wire that is attached to that metal plate beneath the cowl? There are two lines that run off of it, but I forget where they attach in the engine bay.

On my car, they attach to the studs where the center cowl supports attach to the frame.

1997 - There is a clip on on the sheet metal box and it bolts to the back of the head or valve cover. That is just to shield the interior of the car from the coil pack interference. I replaced the clip with a nut/bolt.
