GTS Wing help

I need documentation to support the installation of the GTS wing being a factory mounted item on the 98 GTS-R. The reason for this is to help a friend in Sweden that bought "Hockysnakes" immaculate black 00 GTS with the complete R areopackage. At this time he has to uninstall the wing annually for the inspection. If he can get copies of original documents that establishes the factory install of the GTS-R wing on the back of the car he might not have to uninstall it every year..... There are about 120 Vipers in Sweden. Apperently no one has of the 102 98 GTS-R produced. Any help would be appreciated. Svensk (In Albuquerque NM)

I believe #001 resides in Sweden

Only the 100 GTSR cars came form the factory with the wing
