Asking $*** but taking bids for *** days would probably get you more buyer action.

You have $120k in the car.

How many guys don't know that they could afford what you are really asking?

How many guys are thinking that they would like to buy it but they don't want to pay too much?

How many guys would pay what you would take but they think you would turn down that amount?

How many low ball bids are you going to get that waste your time?

The bottom line is this,

If the car is seriously for sale it needs a price.

If lots of guys jump at that price, well, you said you were taking bids for *** days or weeks.

Let the serious guys bid against each other.

This car is perfect. Sorted and ready to roll. It's worth every penny of 110K or more in my book.

A trusted seller too I might add.

While I do appreciate you worrying about my time not being wasted with low ball offers, I had my reasons for not listing the price. The reasons turned out to not justify the amount of people asking what I wanted, so I went ahead and posted the price on the Alley about 10 mintues ago. I figured I had so many people asking for the price, that I might as well make it public. So, no need for *** number of days as the price is listed and the car is ready to move to the first guy in line :usa:

ah, what the heck...I want $105,000.

Toby, you're too kind. If only my timing was a little better you'd be off in this beauty. :2tu:
