guys,
i need to replace the upper radiator water hose on th driver side. i ordered a hose from the dealer with the part number 4642036. this number is also mentioned on my hose.
the new hose doesnt fit, it is one inch shorter and mirrowed. the only difference i see in the numbers is that on the new one an additional number is 83044-E, mine is 83044-C.
Calling thru the States no dealer knew what to say ...
1994 RT 10, VIN 1C3CRC5E9RV100014, sticker in engine bay says built for canada.
Reason for changing the hose is that due to new shock support bracket / Paxton supercharger, the hose interferes with the hood hinge, leaving a gap between fascia and hood ... i wanted to use the original hose and re-route it with additional tubing and cut it ...
now i want the orginal hose back and modify the new shock support instead, but where do i get the hose i need ?????
