How HTF/Rare is this?

I belived that:

This isn't a standard burago model. It is custom by user. The decal are from a 1:18 Burago kit and the car is a normal 1:18 model....

Exactly. Those are just decals that someone put on. I acutally have a black one.

Though not a regular issue, it is still very cool looking IMO. I had a yellow Anson Porsche that I did that I applied some decals to, it looked very cool.
