Get the VIN and check it at the dodge dealer. The summary report from Dodge will show codes, one of which is the "ACR" code described as "Competition Group" others within the package include "LN8P" Delete Fog Lamps.......... "WPEP" 18 Aluminum Silver Wheels.............."SDKP" Competition Suspension............ "CG5P" 5 Point Restraint Driving Belts, etc.etc...

Anyway you get the point, this is the only guaranteed method of assuring yourself.

Quick check list:

Lack of fogs
5 point race belts inside
Adjustable suspension
BBS multi spoke wheels
ACR decals on side of hood and plaque on center console
Baffled oil pan (wont be of any help as it is internally done)
Smooth tubs from intake to manifold

Other than that the only way to really tell is as mentioned above. VIN to dealer.

Good luck!

Not sure that the ACR has different baffling in the oil pan, but it does have a non bypass oil filter adapter unlike stock Vipers. It also includes K&N air filters. ACR's also eliminated air conditioning as well as the radio. You could add it back for a price as the comfort package.
