From a eBay powerseller for over 10 years, here is what you NEED to do.

Step #1: File a eBay non-performing seller report. Scroll to the bottom of the auction, click on "report this item" and follow the prompts. eBay will put a mark on his account internally, and send his a strongly worded email. If this isn't his first complaint on the issue, it likely will be his last. They take this stuff seriously as it hurts their reputation (I have gotten a number of sellers suspended over the past 10 years for this crap).

Step #2: If you are certain you aren't going to be buying this car, leave a negative feedback for the seller. Don't worry about retaliation, eBay changed their feedback system a few weeks ago and buyers cannot receive neg or neutral feedback from sellers.

My buddy tried to buy this car the first time and the owner was a total *********. I'd stay away from this Viper.
