Manifold hose connectors, mine are missing from my new manifold and I cant
seem to be able to safely pull the old ones out, is there a trick?
or can new ones be bought and pushed in?

Although I'm not sure, they look like a press fit to me. They'd have to be sealed, so however they did that will likely make getting them out without mangling them nearly impossible.

These are real tricky but you can use an easy-out tool and hook it to a slide hammer used for body work. This is the only way I have been able to get them out.

You have a few options, 1) Send it back to your polisher and have them press fit the fittings 2) Press fit at a competent shop, 3) Drill, tap, and screw a properly sized NPT fittings with a barb hose end (clean all Al shavings afterwards)

BTW, you only show two fittings in your pic. Don't forget that there is another one on the bottom/belly that is used for the CCV
