I just recieved my car back from an Arrow engine rebuild. It ran great for about 250 miles, then the engine light came on. When I tested it with the OBDII, the error showed up as a "random misfire". Any ideas?

hmm...off the top of my head, things that could cause a random misfire would be:

-bad plug wires (multiple) which are arcing to each other
-bad coil pack
-bad wiring to a coil pack
-VERY bad gas
-fuel system issue (pump, regulator, clogged filter...this option is less likely. would usually show up as a "lean bank 1 & 2)

I get "multiple mis-fires" sometimes.

Though I had it beat when I put new plugs in, but the fault came back. Maybe I'll look into the wires.
