need tuners in Texas

Any good recomendations for tuners in dfw, Texas? I need a twin turbo Viper tuned, as it seems to be getting to much fuel right now, not sure though, as it seems to cut out @ around 5,000 rpm, and looses power.

ART is your best bet. It's a straight shot down I-35 from Arlington. They are some of the best around and have done a lot of turbo Vipers.
