I have recently had a Paxton installed but have had a problem. I was giving it a bit of a test around a small track here and noticed that my windscreen was starting to cloud up. Coming off throttle at high revs, the release of boost pressure to atmosphere was associated with a puff of oil mist out of the right hood vent. After opening up the hood I noticed that the blow-off valve and the surrounding area was covered in oil and the oil breather pipe that enters back into the valve cover on the bulkhead, right side of the engine had blown off. Any ideas as to whether this is a serious issue and how can avoid it happening again in the future?

I THINK, that it's just oil vapour getting into the oil circulation system due to the extra pressures the engine's dealing with now. A catch tank install is required I think. I'll still check to see if it's the seals on the blower and do a crank compression test just in case though.
