Looking for ideas for a shifter in my GTS. Let's see some combos of short shifters, knobs etc.... Thanks Randy

Devin 97 where did you get the chrome console cover? Also is that a short shifter (ripper) or did you just shorten the shifter? How hard of a mod? Diffenece in shifting effort? Very nice! Adam 96, very cool!

What he said for the Console and the shifter is the ripper with a B&M. The 97 need to have the rivets drilled out to install the bolts for the B&M, for you should be easy-no rivets .shift snappier.

Plain old stock but with a Detert short shaft. I just like the way that stock knob feels. My shifting style is I'm a palmer and a side gripper and it feels just right.

I am thinking about selling my MGW First Strike racing shifter (02 GTS). Please PM me if you are interested. I installed this about a month ago and I haven't been home to even drive the car... Asking $65 shipped.

I cut my stock shifter an inch or 2. Still looks original, but better and costs nothing.
But can't for the life of me figure out how to get a picture on the forum.

I have a SVS short throw shifter with stock knob that I use most of the time. But, I have a custom made shifter that looks just like the pistol grip from the old 4 speed Mopars. (It uses the original pistol grips). It even has the original type lettering on top, but it has the Viper shift pattern on it. I put it on when I go to car shows and all of the old Mopar guys really like it. Sorry I don't know how to post pics.
