Get a copy of Playstation Test Drive 5 and you can see a 1996 GTS on the cover, and drive it inside. Test-Drive 6 has a 1997 on cover and inside.

Thanks for sharing the outdoors pictures of your car.
The only shots that I had seen before were inside a warehouse before the car was raffled off.
You have a great collection of cars! I love the style of Prowlers also.

And thanks to you blue and white folks as well.
Your pictures had inspired me (especially the high-res ones) to make it through the long time waiting for my paint to be done.

Nope, not a regular. I have visited the forum a couple times from other threads. And saw your cars from an earlier introduction thread here.

I recently saw a Candy Red Prowler at a local custom car show, and I really like the color.

I hope that you don't mind me matching the colors of your Viper.
I had actually made the decision to go with blue before the raffle announcement, and then chose silver stripes after seeing the Raffle car pictures.

Of course it isn't really a clone because mine is an R/T10, and I'll be adding in the foglights.
But as they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

And because mine isn't the collector's car that yours is, I am free to add mods (high-flow cats, Corsa, K&N, tubes, roller rockers, B&M shifter, so far).

The thing that I like about the Prowler (also the Viper) is that they were essentially show cars brought right into production, and their unique style wasn't watered down by focus groups and design study committies.

I only wish that Chrysler had come out with some of their other great concept car designs like the Charger, Copperhead, Chronos, and Sidewinder. I like Chrysler's 90's designs MUCH more than after the DC merger.

Wow! How is it that they haven't planned to extend this color scheme into the last series or the upcoming series? Enquiring minds want to know.
