Slight Nock

When I release the clutch on my 2000 RT/10 (4,000 miles)I get a slight nock, it seems in the lower gears. I was wondering if I might be riding clutch or have any of you experienced this before.

I used to have that problem in my '01. I made the most progress by upgrading the engine and tranny mounts to all poly including a billet tranny crosssmember. Other things I've done although they didn't seem to change the knock any was fresh clutch, new Spicer u-joints everywhere, Mopar fluid change for tranny.
