Several of us in the Illinois club have purchased new trailers for the upcoming VOI in Dallas. My trailer is manufactured by the Cargo Mate Division of Forest Industries. They make trailers of all persuasions and can customize to order.
When I took delivery I had some problems that required returning the trailer to the factory rather than the dealer for adjustment.
I took the trailer to the factory personally and want you all to know what terrific service I received from the factory personnel. One of the issues involved totally rebuilding the custom ramps and they handled it without complaint or additional cost. The result was outstanding. I got more personalized service from them than I did from my dealer. They gave me a complete tour of the facility and treated me like I was the only customer they had. I am well pleased with both them and their product.
