Transmisson Mount broke

Went to HPT road track Wednesday and broke my Transmission Mount. Which is a breath of fresh air because I thought it was my Rear end. Anyways anyone know the viper tax (approximate cost) of the Transmission mount? Hopefully Chuck Tator has one (I am going to call him Monday morning).

If it is the same as gen II it is around $30..and just 5 bolts! (plus pan removal)

I think you'll find out it's a Jeep part. Cheap.

If you mean the aluminum extrusion that bolts to the frame/transmission - there is an aftermarket bracket that takes care of this failure issue.

If you search the forum you should find it. Someone has to know who offers the improved mount. I have always thought the oem mount looks too flimsy. Check your motor mounts, loose or broken motor mounts could lead to failure of the transmission mount.
