Viper won\'t start!

I took a nice non-eventful drive yesterday, turned my 97 GTS off, and went to bed. Got up today and it will not start! It cranks and cranks, but there is no firing at all. I tried both keys to see if it is fob-related and the doors do lock and unlock. Is there something obvious for me to check or do before I go through all the expense and trauma of a tow?

I've heard some guys talk about vapor-lock. Try unscrewing your gas cap and put back on. Probably won't work, but it's cheaper than a tow!

Check the fuse for the start realy/fuse, I think it is a 10am in the middle of the fuse box engine compartment.

This shuts off all power to the coils.

Does the car hiss when the key is turned to on? If it doesn't, try the fuel pump relay. Mine went bad and car died in the middle of the road.

This same thing happens to me occasionally and I'm convinced it's the alarm malfunctioning.

Happens to mine every once in a while. In fact, took it to the dealer, they were stumped. It always seems to fix itself after a little while.

Keep us posted.
