Windshield always foggy, what is the problem?

Both my Coupes first edition and VCA edition both get a foggy windshield inside, what is causing this? I sem to remember hearing about some sort of AC problem. Does anybody else have a similar problem with their viper coupe?

I remember reading something about new cars having this issue due to the plastic dash emitting gasses which caused the windshield to "fog".

SRT10Mike is right.

The release of chemicals does leave this residue.
Many manufacturers have glass cleaner specific for auto to cut through these residues.

May take a couple of tries, but this will clean them up.

I have had better luck with the aerosol version rather than the trigger style sprays.
