Wiper Arm Bolt Cap

Anyone know where I can find the small little cap that fits over the passenger wiper arm bolt? I have a 2002 GTS. Dodge Parts says I need to buy the whole wiper arm at a cost of over 100 dollars. Anyone know of anyone else who has these caps or supplies them?

I had the same problem when I bought a used GTS. What the heck do people do with a single bolt cap cover? I had made a few calls to some suppliers with no luck. I ended up just replacing the whole arm for about $120. Maybe some freak out there is stealing them and using it as a part on his Battle-Bot toy of destruction?
