New Autoform SRT Hood
I work as an engineer at a carbon shop we do a lot of custom pieces... Mostly European stuff like Ferrari, Porsche, and race car stuff mostly Grand Am and ALMS. Would you let a 16 year old drive your viper?
I think that you need to look at the situation. A sixteen year old who needs a viper to pick up chicks has some issues... street driven comp coup?
How much are the hourly and 1/4 day rentals at the Viper day events? Do you need a license? As for converting a CC for the street... It might be better to change a srt to a comp coup. Your lucky to be ok! My biggest fear is to hurt someone else, I always figured if I got hurt...I deserved it. I haven't put the SRT/10 into first yet but I've done it in the old GTS. The beginning of a very bad trend.
I think the ugly girl analogy is a little over rated. The GTS is a beautiful car in it's own right but to call the SRT/10 Ugly is a stretch. The Perfect Exhaust Combination?
Has anyone had any experience with any of theses mufflers? They are "Ultra Light Weight". The weight is not really the issue... It seams, Burns will make you any muffler you want... I.D, O.D, length. They probably could also ship them with a (professionally) welded front and rear pipe w/90...- 04 THE HARD WAY
