Why did they unveil it in that hideous color? Should have been VIPER RED!
I always wanted to be a clown. Blue with white stripes would have been killer. This was there chance to create an image that would make people drool and you pick a color that looks like COUGH SYRUP!!! I mean, have they learned nothing from Lambo/Ferrari? You get ONE chance to show the world your car for the first time and they choose that old-man's Jewel Red color? WTH? That color is probably the least popular color from old vipers. Again, trying to appeal to the OLDER audience softens the blow. It should have been BRIGHT RED. THe wheels...- Kaneda

Well, one thing is for sure, the design is polarizing. I feel like every new Viper design is. Deep down inside everyone wanted a car the world would drool over. I just don't see this being that car. Will the gen V have enough to keep the new c7 in 2nd place?
Chevy is already back peddling after jalopnik leaked the new Vette. They keep saying its an evolution, not revolution. The Vette bores me because they make too many and they all look the same. I like the last year all black anniversary editions, but 100k for a z06 is asinine.- Kaneda

I am not denying Dodge made a great track car that in the hands of a pro driver can lap circuits quickly. But to the mainstream car enthusiast, the 2003-2010 Viper will never go down as a classic. Gen 4 prices going to drop like led bricks in 5 days
This makes no sense what-so-ever. When a new Shelby has 650bhp, it's not a win for all Shelby's. It means NOBODY wants the old model because major improvements have occurred.
