Cooling problem ? Heater problem ? GEN2

How much to replace this piece?
Just tried to glue mine and it doesn't want to stay. I might give up and drill a small hole to put a plastic plug like the bottom one has. As for the Viper slower than a Vette, I think I can understand, it probably is only a "feeling" and have something to do with the power curve. I used to own...- MontrealSoft

Just got a black 2000 R/T. Car is a rebuilt one, not too bad except was missing a few parts.... (passenger door handle, spare tire and tools, windshield washer bottle, front left inner fender.... "optional stuff"). I already bought and installed 90% of those parts, now I need to fix the wiper...- MontrealSoft
