Ok currently i just have SafeCo car insurance but it only covers basically a 2004 Dodge Viper and i can only add 5K worth of additional insurance over market car value.

My 2004 is a Street Serpant and has a multitude of upgrades to it. I figure it would take a solid 80k+ to replicate what i have if say it burnt to the ground.

My question is what insurance companies do you guys use that will insure your vehicle for a specific agreed upon value amount. Say i want 75K worth of coverage if it is 100% totaled. Where do you guys go?

Any of the collector car insurance companies will write an agreed value policy. I looked into it for mine, but the mileage limits they put on you for those policies just won't work for me. I enjoy driving the car too much.

Might check with the Corvette Museums insurance programs, you can get an agreed value and also various annual mileage options plus they even cover it if you drive it to work couple times a week not just for shows and car club drives like some. I have them now for a Vette and had also for a Camaro but dropped that because my teen daughter wanted to drive it and they wouldn't cover her because of 2 accidents in her SUV.

Same here. Grundy agreed value with no mileage restrictions - $1,071 on my 09 vert.

Do you have a bunch of other collector cars with them? Or have you had a policy with them for a long time for other cars? When I checked, they definitely had mileage restrictions.

This is only my 2nd year with them. No other cars insured with them either. I guess I just got lucky. I had originally gotten a quote of almost 2X that amount from Hagerty and BJ - it was Grundy for me after that.
