I don't know what 08 Z06s are bringing but I'm guessing 06 Viper coupe would bring a little more. Maybe you would be better off selling the Vette and that would open up a lot more opportunity to buy the Viper you want as many wouldn't be interested in trades. Good luck with it and hope to see...
I know this feeling well considering I'm on the third engine in my Gen 4. It always started for me with deciding to do some minor bolt on and before it's over I've got 1000 + HP and trying to figure out how I can get more. Glad to hear you got yours back together and getting some use out of it...
