    No, Richie it is not. Mopar computer,3:55 gears,headers and exhaust. 10mph headwind for the Viper. Tailwind for the ZR1. Which is "bone stock".

    I am hoping they will do it again soon. I have at least 5 people that ask me every time I see them, when the next time is going to be ? My 2008 Viper and 2009 ZR1 both have run 179. I want to run them both on the same day next time.

    I have Driver and Passenger side trim available off of my 1998 GTS. They are perfect I removed them in 1998. I paid a very high core charge to keep them though I don't know what they are worth. I posted here because for some reason I can not post in "what do you need for your snake" section.

    Huckgts, If you could scan and post these prior work orders and estimates with his VIN,you could nip this in the bud right now. If he does take you to court you will need them anyway. Someone could get "Lanced" rather quickly if such documentation exists.

    Yes, take them to small claims. If the cap is 5000.00 just sue for that. Your insurance is probably not going to do much to recover from them. They will just raise your premiums if they can't collect from them. Do have your car repaired and paid for with all documentation before suing. Judges...

    Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to keep a certified copy of the title with the car at all times. It's issue date will supercede prior titles and at would cause a police officer to view any other claim of ownership as suspect. Turning it into a civil matter instead of a criminal one.

    Fix it on your dime and sue them. They only understand that you are serious if you sue them. In my opinion they feel there are enough people in Florida to keep them in business regardless of how they treat their customers.

    I think that the dealer that sold it to you has a problem. You should wish "them" good luck. In the meantime keep the car somewhere safe for them till it is resolved.

    I have never had a good experience with them. How much integrity would you say a dealer has that would take a deposit and order a car just to sell it to the highest bidder ? If it is going to cost a lot to repair. Have another dealer look at the damage and document how they think it was...
