    Have never run with them. "Streets of Willow" is not a Viper friendly track as you will spend most of the time in 2nd and 3rd gear as it is a very tight course. "Big Willow" is a Viper friendly track where the car can stretch its legs. Try this group. http://www.ncracing.org/events.php...

    Yes I do know the builder, who is also the driver. He has significant time racing cars, especially Vipers and does know what he's doing when it comes to aero and suspension. I do believe the splitter and wing are from a French LeMans LMP1 prototype car. Rebellion Racing IIRC.

    I might disagree with the "brakes" comment. Same 4 pot Brembo calipers from 2003, albeit they are paired with a 2pc rotor, nevertheless a brand new car with ten year old brakes.

    Boxer, the local track is about 16-20 shifts, depending on configuration. My GTS race motor is pretty healthy, so the car winds up quick, which adds to the number of shifts. Being able to run up and down the gears quicker seems easier than trying to pull additonal weight out of the car. In...
