    Didn't the NHRA just pass rules stating that OEM safety equipment was sufficient for the speeds the factory equipped car would run? Does this take effect in 05? I believe OEM cars can add intake and cat-back exhaust and run whatever they can while being NHRA legal. Anyone comment on this? DN
